first pass lighting

I'm usually good about getting lighting done pretty quick, and it wasn't too horrible in this situation because she's in a spotlight, anyway. I'm not really happy with how the spot is falling on the podium though, but that might just be because I haven't really textured it yet.

working at the moment on just making sure all my body textures look okay.
